Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2+ years of accounting/billing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• A general knowledge of billing and collection practices is necessary.
• Self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic environment under short timelines and changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of output.

Responsibilities

• Read contracts and comprehend the criteria within the contract applicable to invoicing.
• Perform project setup and maintenance in Deltek Vantagepoint according to contract terms.
• Set up billing terms to ensure final invoices comply with the client terms.
• Prepare and submit invoices through electronic means to ensure client processing and payment.
• Maintain meticulous records of invoices and backup documentation.
• Coordinate with AR for invoice-related collection issues on assigned projects.
• Cooperate with the cash manager to ensure that their work adheres to the standards, guidelines, procedures, and deadlines set by the company.
• Preparing special documents as required by the client.
