DLA is seeking a Billing Specialist in the Philippines to report to the CFO and support client invoicing and data entry for our financial operations.

The role entails preparing and reviewing bi-weekly invoices, approving expenses, tracking invoices, and assisting with billing inquiries. A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong organizational and communication skills is essential.

Qualificações

• Detail oriented and analytical with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to read and interpret contractual agreements.
• Self-starter with organized, effective communication skills.
• Experience with billing systems is a plus (OpenAir/Netsuite not required).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review and issue bi-weekly client invoices.
• Review and approve employee expense reports and timesheets.
• Issue weekly invoice tracking, WIP, aged A/R, and expense reports.
• Process the application of cash receipts.
• Set up new projects in the financial system.
• Maintain employee expense report files.
• Assist employees with billing related inquiries.
• Perform special billing projects and ad-hoc reporting as required.
