Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our global outsourcing team focused on delivering compliant and efficient billing operations for our clients. You will drive a best-in-class process to minimize WIP and reversals, support cash flow, and ensure adherence to client SLAs.

You will develop expertise in our billing systems, coordinate with fee-earners and billing lawyers, manage pre-bills and communications, and strive for continuous improvement and accuracy in every

Qualifications

• Billing management experience in a professional services/legal sector preferred
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis
• Experience with eBilling and billing audits is a plus

Responsabilités

• Ensure clarity and compliance in bill narrations for eBilling systems
• Conduct compliance checks based on client SLAs
• Develop expertise in the Firm's billing systems through training
• Manage email communications by sending bills and pre-bills to clients and billing lawyers
• Coordinate with fee-earners to gather pre-bills and manage WIP
• Prepare and analyze WIP reports for billing according to SLAs
• Handle bill reversals and communicate billing plans to lawyers
• Process billing by adding disbursements to final bills per client agreements
• Maintain accurate billing documentation in FileSite
