Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, cash application, or finance operations is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process billing transactions accurately within established timelines.
• Apply cash receipts and allocate payments to customer accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies for accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
• Support month-end closing activities, reporting, and documentation.
