About the role

Responsible for liquidation, reimbursing, and checking all expenses related to company-owned vehicles. This role involves day-to-day use, account reconciliation, and supervision of the fleet's petty cash, as well as auditing and managing expenses related to company-owned vehicles in the express delivery operations fleet and the supply chain transportation team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle-related expenses on a daily basis to ensure they are used in a compliant and accurate manner

• Perform liquidation, reimbursement, and verification of all expenses related to company-owned vehicles

• Manage day-to-day use, account reconciliation, and supervision of the fleet's petty cash

• Audit and manage expenses related to company-owned vehicles in the express delivery operations fleet and supply chain transportation team

• Work with the finance and operations teams to organize vehicle expense data, perform reconciliations, and carry out related administrative tasks

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Accounting, or Finance Operations

• Experience in invoice processing, payment applications, reconciliation, and cash management

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle confidential financial information and work with strict deadlines
