Job summary

DSV, a global transport and logistics leader, seeks a Billing Specialist in Manila to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing and maintain billing records. You will work with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to validate data and resolve billing issues.

The role involves preparing invoices, reviewing transactions for discrepancies, and supporting audits and reporting to management. A proactive approach to improving billing controls and efficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and process customer invoices based on approved rates, contracts, and operational documents.
• Ensure invoices are issued accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Review billing transactions and identify discrepancies prior to invoice generation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to validate billing data.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes, invoice queries, and customer concerns.
• Monitor unbilled transactions and support revenue leakage prevention initiatives.
• Maintain complete and accurate billing records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare billing, revenue, and operational reports as required by management.
• Support internal and external audit requirements and ensure compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, controls, and efficiency.
