Job summary

FDC Utilities, Inc. in Makati is seeking a Billing and Settlement Analyst to handle revenue reports, billing, and collections in the energy sector. You will coordinate with customers, prepare SOAs, and ensure timely financial and regulatory reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience in billing, accounting, or finance operations; knowledge of power industry is a plus. You will work with internal teams and customers to reconcile data and resolve issues.

• Background with Power Industry and Power Supply Contracts is an advantage.
• Background with Trading is a plus.
• Background with Billing and Settlement is required.
• Background with Collection and Accounting is required.
• Background with handling customer accounts, coordinating and communicating with customers is required.

Responsibilities

• Billing, settlement, revenue, and collection management.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly financial, operational, and regulatory reports.
• Generates and releases customer invoices and billing adjustments.
• Prepares and sends Statements of Account (SOA) to customers monthly.
• Monitors and follows up on customer collections and payment documents.
• Performs reconciliation of accounts with Accounting and customers.
• Handles customer coordination for billing concerns and data requests.
• Maintains and updates collection and delinquency reports.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (DOE, NEA, ER 1-94).
• Requires strong Excel skills and background in billing, accounting, or finance operations.
• Experience in the power/energy industry is an advantage.
• Must be comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
