Job summary

Cardinal Health OptiFreight Billing Services seeks a leader to oversee billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely resolution of invoice issues. You will drive process improvements and collaborate with finance, logistics and external partners to optimize value streams.

Responsibilities include leading analysts, coaching teams, and maintaining internal controls while supporting customers and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Customer facing leadership experience; 4+ years leadership preferred.
• OpEx exposure highly desired.
• Experience working in Financial and/or Logistics function preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff.
• Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.
• Ensures employees operating within guidelines; decisions impact work unit operations and customers.
• Frequently interacts with subordinates, peer customers and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management.
• Gains consensus from various parties involved.
