Job summary

Exypnox Inc is seeking a highly motivated Billing Operations Specialist to support the Order-to-Cash cycle, managing billing, invoicing, provisioning, and collections across multiple financial systems with accuracy.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years in accounting, and proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Excel. You will work from Metro Manila with one office day per week, and enjoy a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least 3+ years in Accounting or Finance with GAAP and revenue recognition.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce and NetSuite is required.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices with correct service dates for revenue recognition.
• Review contracts to ensure accurate invoicing and pricing.
• Apply payments and monitor accounts receivable, including collections.
• Support billing operations across Salesforce, Zendesk, NetSuite and Excel.
• Maintain accurate customer billing data and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist in audits and ensure data integrity.
