Genfinity is seeking a Senior Billing Operations Analyst in Manila Bay area to own complex billing processes and drive data accuracy across systems. The role requires expediting reconciliations, collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Finance, and guiding CPQ-related billing configurations.

You will lead MoM flux analysis, review contracts pre-invoicing, and partner on automation efforts with Workday migrations. Strong Excel and Salesforce CPQ experience are essential.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dynamic reconciliation models).
• Analytical mindset with MO MoM flux analysis, complex data reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-finance partners.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Execute complex manual billing end-to-end across entities, including custom contracts, amendments, usage-based fees, and bundles.
• Audit and reconcile billing data across Salesforce, internal systems, and AR ledgers to ensure alignment with terms.
• Perform MoM flux analysis and present key findings to leadership.
• Review contracts pre-invoicing to validate schedules and CPQ configuration.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Revenue Accounting as Billing SME.
• Support automation and system migrations, including UAT and data validation for CPQ+Billing and Workday.
• Create and optimize Salesforce and Excel billing reports for leadership decisions.
