The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or statistics and at least four years of operational/financial analysis experience, with strong Excel and ERP knowledge.

• Minimum four years of experience in operational and financial analysis or related accounting/finance roles.
• Proficient in Excel with strong data analysis abilities.
• Knowledge of revenue metrics and gross margin interpretation.

• Lead and oversee the billing and invoicing process for accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze revenue and compare against expenses to identify opportunities for revenue capture.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance for audits and reporting.
• Record monthly revenue and cost accruals during month-end close and analyze variances.
• Prepare and present weekly financial analyses to stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries to prevent payment delays and improve collections.
• Implement tools and processes to improve billing efficiency across departments.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal teams and customers.
