Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and a natural eye for inconsistencies, errors and missing information.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to structure thoughts clearly and present issues with root cause and impact.
• Ability to build credibility and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders in the Philippines and Singapore.
• Demonstrated people leadership to coach and develop teams and drive a culture of accuracy and accountability.
• Experience leading Finance Shared Services or Accounting Operations, with focus on Billing, AR, Collections and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-impact AR & Billing team within a regional finance hub.
• Review numbers, reports and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain controls and review mechanisms to embed accuracy in the team’s processes.
• Communicate with Singapore-based stakeholders and senior leaders professionally.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls across O2C.
