Job summary

MRI Software in Ortigas, Manila, is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead global billing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure accurate and timely invoicing, oversee a team of billing analysts, and drive improvements across revenue processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition, and financial controls.
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite preferred).
• Proven ability to lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based billing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Billing Analysts to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Oversee end-to-end billing operations, including invoice generation, credit memos, and revenue review.
• Ensure billing aligns with contract terms and revenue recognition requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as billing accuracy and ticket resolution time.
• Manage escalations and resolve complex billing issues.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and revenue validation.
