Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, with Team Lead or Senior Analyst background.
• Experience in billing operations, preferably in a shared services environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience handling portfolio management and multiple accounts.
• Willing to work on a US shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the billing team supporting the Americas region.
• Oversee day-to-day billing operations and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Handle stakeholder management, including coordination with internal and external clients.
• Manage portfolio accounts and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service levels.
• Resolve complex billing issues and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures.
