HRTx Inc. in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking an Accounting and Reporting Specialist (Shared Services) to support financial reporting, general accounting, and statutory compliance across multiple entities.

The role involves preparing accounting entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and IFRS-based quarterly and annual reporting. In a hybrid work setup, you will collaborate with local finance teams, assist with audits, fixed assets, intercompany activity, VAT/tax compliance, and process

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
At least 2 years in accounting, reporting, or audits.
Experience with IFRS and statutory reporting.
Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems and Excel.
Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

Prepare monthly accounting entries, accruals, reclassifications, and fixed asset transactions.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Support quarterly and annual IFRS reporting and statutory packages.
Coordinate with local finance teams for statutory reporting and audits.
Maintain master data, intercompany, inventories, and other balance sheet accounts.
Monitor internal controls and assist process improvements.
