Qualifications

• Licensed CPA with at least 6 years of external audit experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, standards, and risk-based audit procedures.
• Exposure to multiple industries and diverse client engagements is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements and client portfolios, ensuring delivery of high-quality audit, assurance, and financial reporting services in compliance with firm and professional standards.
• Oversee engagement planning, risk assessment, staffing, budgeting, and coordination with internal teams and specialists to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs, providing value-added recommendations, and communicating relevant accounting and regulatory developments.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate engagement teams by providing performance feedback, reviewing work quality, and supporting staff development and productivity.
• Monitor engagement financials and administrative functions, including billing, collections, budget control, reporting, and compliance with firm policies and quality standards.
