Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a Billing Analyst (OTC) to join our finance team in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on processing month-end invoices, managing client billing data, and supporting accurate financial documentation.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting degree, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Shifts are cyclical (morning, mid, or night) with weekend/holiday work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field.
• Experience in Customer Service or Finance processes in a multinational/shared services setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with active listening.

Responsibilities

• Process month-end invoices and charges for new client agreements.
• Raise recurring monthly invoices for services and manage internal office moves.
• Update client billing data, handle credit notes/waive requests, and reconcile invoices vs. statements.
• Maintain billing records and support accurate, timely financial documentation.
