Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an entry-level Billing Administrator to support end-to-end billing and accounts receivable processes. You will ensure accurate invoice processing, respond to billing inquiries, and help the collections team maintain healthy cash flow.

Reporting to the finance team, you will gain hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle, learn billing controls, and contribute to month-end close activities. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related business field.
• Entry-level role with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer invoices aligned with sales orders.
• Enter invoices into SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems.
• Assist with month-end billing close activities.
• Respond to customer billing queries and concerns.
• Issue dunning letters per established schedule.
