Job summary

Private Advertiser, based in Cebu, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage end-to-end AR processes. The role involves handling invoices, collections, reconciliations, and month-end closings, while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with 2+ years AR experience and hands-on SAP ERP/Business One skills, and strong communication abilities to interact with clients and management.

Qualifications

• AR experience is required with a minimum of 2 years.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer invoices with accuracy and timely distribution.
• Monitor and track outstanding receivables and initiate collections as needed.
• Maintain accounts receivable records and reconcile customer balances.
• Send payment reminders and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and statements.
• Prepare AR ageing reports and present findings to management.
• Process customer payments and apply receipts to accounts.
• Reconcile bank deposits with recorded payments and identify discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures related to AR.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with accounting policies.
