Job summary

Metrobank Center, BGC, Taguig City, seeks a Head of the Billing & Disbursement Division to drive efficient vendor payments, reimbursements and related transactions with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role strengthens internal controls, optimizes vendor relationships, and supports financial reporting, including ROPA recovery and SAG reporting. Requires 8+ years in Accounts Payable/Finance with leadership, CPA advantageous, ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Accounts Payable/Finance with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA an advantage.
• ERP experience; strong controls and process improvement skills.
• Executive communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive efficient, accurate, timely, and compliant vendor payments and reimbursements.
• Strengthen internal controls, vendor relationships; support financial reporting.
• Lead initiatives to streamline payables/receivables and reporting accuracy.
• Oversee Items Held for Safekeeping (IHFS) under Securities Custodian function.
• Ensure budget oversight aligns resources with growth objectives.
