Prepare and process client invoices, billing statements, and charge summaries.
Ensure accuracy of billing details based on contracts, service agreements, or approved charges.
Monitor and update billing records and payment status.
Coordinate with the Operations, HR, and Accounting Departments regarding billing concerns or discrepancies.
Assist in reconciliation of billing transactions and payments received.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of billing reports, invoices, and receipts.
Follow up outstanding invoices and support the collections process when necessary.
Generate billing reports and summaries for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Perform other administrative or accounting-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course.
At least 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance-related work is preferred but not required
