JOB PURPOSE:

The Billing and Conservation Associate is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient execution of billing, collections, and payment allocation activities. This role also supports customer conservation initiatives aimed at improving policy retention, strengthening customer loyalty, and enhancing overall customer engagement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:

• Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course with units in general accounting

• With at least four (4) years of work experience in service-oriented transactions

• With policy conservation background

• Knowledgeable of accounting principles

• Familiar with the flow of collections/payments from bank partners and alternative payment facilities

• With good written/verbal communication skills

• Must have excellent customer service orientation and skills

• Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
