Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and track overdue accounts.
• Monitor BIR payment advances in coordination with Tax Division and advise Billing to issue invoice
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients through calls, and emails to ensure timely payment.
• Send reminders and statements of account as needed.
• Coordinate with the BD Dept, Management and billing teams regarding client account status and payment issues.
• Prepare and submit collection reports, including accounts receivable aging, to management.
• Record collections, update payment status, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate and organized collection records and supporting documents.
• Escalate problematic accounts to management for further action.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
