Job summary

Noventiq Philippines in Makati seeks an Accountant (Billing Specialist) to join our Accounting Team, responsible for invoicing, data verification, payment processing, and dispute resolution to ensure accurate billing and timely cash flow. You will maintain billing records, generate routine AR reports, and collaborate with sales, AR, and customer service to support a seamless billing process.

Hybrid work, with 4 days in-office and 1 day WFH, is offered along with a 13th-month pay and performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
2+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or similar accounting role.
Strong Excel skills and Netsuite proficiency.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Organizational skills with time management and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving to resolve billing issues.

Responsibilities

Invoice creation: Prepare, generate, and distribute accurate invoices.
Data verification: Ensure pricing, quantities, and terms are correct.
Payment processing: Accept and record payments via multiple methods.
Dispute resolution: Address billing inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
Record maintenance: Keep billing records accurate for audits.
Reporting: Produce monthly and quarterly AR summaries.
System maintenance: Update customer data in ERP systems.
Collaboration: Work with sales, AR, and customer service to ensure seamless billing.
