Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with diplomatic officials and key stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations at the Visa Application Centre, ensuring accurate document verification, timely application data recording, and proper passport delivery.
• Perform regular quality checks, monitor errors, and improve customer satisfaction by refining processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and procedures, while managing and mentoring the team for optimal performance.
• Meet productivity targets, maintain security and data protection, and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
