Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Spanish Customer Service Voice Agent in the Philippines to handle inbound calls, assist with food orders, and provide order updates.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Spanish and English, with at least 6 months of CSR/BPO experience and a strong attendance record. The role requires flexibility for shifting schedules, including late-night shifts around 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months CSR/BPO experience.
• Strong Spanish and English communication skills; Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Good attendance with 100% attendance during 30-day nesting period.
• Flexible with shifting schedules, including mid-shift and late-night (2:00 AM–4:00 AM).

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer calls in Spanish.
• Assist customers with placing food orders accurately.
• Provide order status updates and answer restaurant-related inquiries.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing.
