Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in voice customer service or call center environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Delivers best in class customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Updates Home Lending Advisors on pipeline status and communicates with customers.
• Discusses loan terms with customers and coordinates loan signing timelines.
• Keeps systems updated with accurate communication logs.
• Follows up on aged leads and missing documents; coordinates with realtors and builders.
• Coordinates marketing activities through internal systems.
