Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring performance data, forecasting growth, and ensuring smooth sales operations, with Spanish language proficiency supporting cross-border interactions and expansion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Finance, Accounting, Management, Banking, Economics, or related business field.
• At least 5 years of proven sales experience with ability to meet targets and grow revenue.
• Must have B2 level Spanish, written and spoken, to support client interactions and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company with a deep understanding of products and services to identify client needs and align solutions.
• Leads recruitment, training, coaching, and motivation of sales teams to meet targets and improve performance.
• Develops and executes strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and build long-term relationships.
• Monitors sales performance data, tracks metrics, and uses insights to forecast growth and profitability.
• Oversees daily sales operations, sets goals, conducts check-ins, and resolves customer and staffing issues.
• Reviews operational and financial reports and coordinates sales activities to support business objectives.
• Demonstrates B2 level Spanish proficiency to support client interactions and expansion.
