Job summary

Lim Property Solutions OPC is seeking a Concierge Personnel to deliver front desk, resident assistance, and guest relations within a residential condominium. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-first approach as you serve residents, visitors, and service providers.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English and Chinese, supports security and maintenance teams, and ensures compliance with house rules.

Qualifications

• Preference for applicants who can communicate effectively in English and Chinese to assist residents and guests.
• Experience in residential condominium, hotel, hospitality, or property management operations preferred.
• Must be able to work at front desk and provide professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient assistance to residents, guests, visitors, and unit owners.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk or lobby environment at all times.
• Ensure compliance with condominium policies, security procedures, and house rules.
• Coordinate with Security, Property Management, Housekeeping, and Maintenance Teams regarding operational concerns and resident assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and building operations.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
• Assist in maintaining peace, order, and smooth daily operations within the condominium premises.
• Perform other concierge and administrative duties as may be assigned by management.
