Job summary

You'll be the first point of contact, providing essential clinic information and routing questions to the right staff. Requirements include excellent English and Spanish communication, a patient-centric approach, and proficiency with CRM/HER/eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with patients in English and Spanish.
• Polite, empathetic, calm, professional demeanor when speaking with patients.
• Proficient in documenting call details in CRM systems.
• Healthcare background is advantageous.
• Ability to escalate to staff or providers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Relay prescription refill requests to clinical staff per clinic protocols.
• Serve as the first contact for patients and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Provide clinic information including locations, insurance plans, providers, and office info.
• Document patient interactions accurately and relay messages promptly.
• Escalate urgent or sensitive concerns to clinical staff when needed.
