Job summary

OPTIMAL Unlimited is seeking a highly organized Bilingual Property Management Virtual Assistant to support our US-based clients remotely. You will be the primary contact for English and Spanish-speaking tenants, property owners, and vendors, providing exceptional service while assisting with daily property management operations and back-office tasks.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
1–2 years experience in Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or Property Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail; self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for English and Spanish-speaking tenants via phone, email, and text.
Maintain accurate tenant and property records; update information in property management software.
Set up new properties in the software and ensure information is complete.
Track lease expirations and coordinate renewals.
Receive and coordinate maintenance requests with vendors/contractors.
Assist with move-in/move-out coordination and onboarding documentation.
Monitor rent payments and assist with notices and follow-ups.
Schedule vendors for maintenance/repairs.
Create and schedule social media content and support marketing initiatives.
