Job summary

SuperStaff Outsourcing is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to respond to customer inquiries and complaints via text, phone, email, live chat, or in person. The role supports the Sales Support & Liaison Team Lead and Operations Supervisor, contributing to high customer satisfaction for clients and partners.

Requires HS diploma and customer service experience. Onsite position in SM Clark or Makati with 10% night differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via multiple channels.
• Provide information and support on assigned product/service.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Resolve problems and ensure appropriate actions are taken to satisfy customers.
• Assist with Spanish translation calls as needed.
