Job summary

TOYOTA MOBILITY SOLUTIONS PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a bilingual Japanese-English sales support specialist to strengthen relationships with Japanese clients and coordinate cross-functional delivery of our mobility services.

You will handle prospecting, client engagement, and post-sale support, translating and interpreting where needed, and collaborating with KINTO, FMS, FCS, CRB, Shuttle, and Marketing to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Japanese and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Sales, account management or business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Japanese-language sales support and client coordination for TMSPH services.
• Conduct or support client presentations and interpretation for Japanese clients.
• Coordinate with units (KINTO, FMS, FCS, CRB, Shuttle) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups and help ensure commitments are closed.
• Conduct regular client visits and service follow-ups as needed.
• Coordinate with Marketing on Japanese-language collaterals and materials.
• Help develop and maintain standard Q&A for common Japanese inquiries.
