Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a customer-facing role to manage key accounts, quotations, and orders. You will liaise with customers, prepare costed quotations, and oversee production progress and delivery schedules from the local site.

The successful candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Japanese business context (JLPT N2/N3). Work typically Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00; occasional Saturdays may occur per contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing/liaison roles.
• Practical experience using Microsoft Excel for data entry and quotations.
• Experience working in Japan or a Japanese company.
• Worked with Japanese before.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing customers to understand needs and provide updates on delivery schedules and progress.
• Share and communicate customer requests and requirements internally.
• Prepare quotations, including checking costs.
• Manage the manufacturing and production progress of products.
• Coordinate and manage product deliveries.
• Manage sales and related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with the Japan office regarding customer requirements, production, and deliveries.
