Job summary

Business Trends Philippines is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage inquiries, prepare quotes, and drive order processing through distribution channels and the sales team. You will coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure timely pricing, quotes, and delivery, while supporting new market opportunities.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, strong English and Japanese, and at least 2 years in sales or customer service with supply chain

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Excellent English and Japanese language capabilities.
• At least 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Supply chain experience with working knowledge in industrial sales preferred.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via calls and emails.
• Prepare ITO with Global team, ASEAN sales manager, Pricing Team to ensure quote win.
• Penetrate new market shares when opportunities arise.
• Provide prices/quotes, follow up on potential orders and price negotiations.
• Clarify sales policies and pricing structures.
• Fill orders by transferring to fulfillment and communicate delivery dates.
