Job summary

Federal Land & Nomura Real Estate in Makati seeks a Japanese-speaking professional for an International Sales Division Head role. You will manage communications with Japanese clients and brokers, guide post-contract requirements, and ensure timely collection of documents.

Responsibilities include data entry, cross-department coordination, and providing progress updates. Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1/N2/N3) and experience in customer-facing roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent or business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2/N3 or equivalent).
• Able to handle calls, emails, and chats in Japanese.
• Capable of detailed, fast-paced communication with Japanese counterparts.
• Accurate data entry into internal systems without errors.
• Able to send reminders and follow up with clients/brokers politely but firmly.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Japanese clients and brokers in Japanese with high responsiveness.
• Guide clients through post-contract document requirements, collect files, and track progress.
• Follow up on unsubmitted documents and pending actions.
• Input client and contract data into internal systems accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Admin, and Finance.
• Provide progress updates to clients, brokers, and the Japanese team.
• Manage deadlines, tasks, and follow up continuously until procedures are complete.
