• Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and delivery orders (DO).
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requirements, and issues.
• Record customer opportunity data accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in receiving and visiting customers, including providing translation support when needed.
