Job summary

Snapscale is seeking a reliable Mandarin-speaking Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support a US-based multi-specialty medical practice. The role covers administrative, front-office, and patient coordination tasks across Ophthalmology, Dermatology, and Orthopedics.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling patient information.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English with professional communication.
• Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and HIPAA compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling using ModMed.
• Coordinate appointment rescheduling, cancellations, and updates via phone, email, and text.
• Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate collection and entry of patient information.
• Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system.
• Manage incoming and outgoing e-faxes.
• Track and coordinate referrals and insurance verifications.
• Provide general administrative and front-office support to physicians across locations.
