Job summary

Sphere Rocket VA US is seeking a proactive bilingual VA to manage omnichannel customer service and inbound lead responses in English and Spanish. You will draft quotes, issue invoices, and nurture high-value opportunities for timely leadership escalation.

Responsibilities include scheduling events, collecting delivery details, and logging bookings in GoHighLevel and GoodShuffle Pro, while maintaining organized CRM records and supporting administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven customer support experience in corporate settings or as a VA.
• Direct hands-on GoHighLevel CRM experience managing lead pipelines and records.
• Proficient with GSuite, Microsoft 365 and AI productivity tools.
• Familiarity with GoodShuffle Pro, Square or similar rental/inventory platforms.
• Experience in event, party rental, or entertainment industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries across channels in English and Spanish; provide pricing and product details.
• Draft and send quotes and invoices; follow up on pending estimates and escalate key opportunities.
• Schedule events, collect delivery details, and log bookings in GoHighLevel and GoodShuffle Pro.
• Maintain organized CRM records and manage lead/pipeline status across systems.
• Perform light data entry, organize files in Google Drive, and provide general admin support.
