Welsend Global Services Inc. is seeking a customer service associate to respond to inquiries in Hindi and English from our Manila area office. You will follow approved knowledge bases and SOPs to guide customers, explain product info, and resolve issues with accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires bilingual written and verbal skills, at least 6 months in customer service, and willingness to work onsite with various shift schedules. Join a team focused on quality and timely support.

Formación

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• BPO experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English with strong written skills.
• Good verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and follow schedule if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through chat and email in Hindi and English.
• Provide clear guidance by following knowledge bases, SOPs, product docs, and guides.
• Explain product information and steps in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Handle multiple chats and emails while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Refer complex issues to the appropriate support team per procedures.
• Meet performance targets, quality standards, and productivity requirements.
