Job summary

ibex in the Philippines is seeking a bilingual professional fluent in Mandarin and English to join our team onsite in Alabang. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a multicultural environment, and a readiness to support shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent verbal and written communication.

• Bilingual BPO or relevant professional experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
