Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish in written and spoken forms.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent required.
• Four-year degree preferred for advancement.
• Experience in customer service, client support, operations, coordination, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients from onboarding through ongoing service.
• Communicate with clients daily regarding service requests, questions, issues, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Field Managers to resolve operational requests and service issues.
• Provide operational support across departments.
• Schedule project crews for services, training, and deliveries.
• Coordinate estimates and provide pricing information to clients.
• Create, update, and close work orders; maintain accurate regional schedules and records.
• Resolve customer service and billing complaints; escalate when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and actions taken.
• Process supply orders and update client systems for tracking and billing.
• Coordinate with external vendors to resolve issues.
