John Clements Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a customer liaison professional in Laguna to visit customers, understand their needs, and coordinate updates on delivery schedules and progress.
The role requires experience in customer-facing positions, strong Excel data entry for quotations, JLPT N2 proficiency, and prior work in Japan or with a Japanese company.
Visit existing customers to understand their needs and provide updates on delivery schedules and progress.
Share and communicate customer requests and requirements internally.
Manage the manufacturing and production progress of products.
Coordinate and manage product deliveries.
Manage sales and related administrative tasks.
Coordinate with the Japan office regarding customer requirements, production, and deliveries.
Experience in customer-facing / liaison roles
Practical experience using Microsoft Excel (including data entry for quotation preparation)
JLPT N3,N2, speaking level N2
Experience working in Japan or a Japanese company.
Worked with Japanese before
The leave policy is 10 days of Sick Leave (SL) and 5 days of Vacation Leave (VL), after becoming a regular employee.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00
Under the contract, the work schedule is Monday through Saturday. However, Saturdays are generally off in practice. Based on records, Saturday work is required only approximately 1–2 times per year.
