Job summary

John Clements Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a customer liaison professional in Laguna to visit customers, understand their needs, and coordinate updates on delivery schedules and progress.

The role requires experience in customer-facing positions, strong Excel data entry for quotations, JLPT N2 proficiency, and prior work in Japan or with a Japanese company.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and quotation preparation.
• JLPT N3,N2, with speaking level N2.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing customers to understand their needs and provide updates on delivery schedules and progress.
• Share and communicate customer requests and requirements internally.
• Manage manufacturing and production progress of products.
• Coordinate and manage product deliveries.
• Manage sales and related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with the Japan office regarding customer requirements, production, and deliveries.

Experience working in Japan or a Japanese company.

Worked with Japanese before

The leave policy is 10 days of Sick Leave (SL) and 5 days of Vacation Leave (VL), after becoming a regular employee.

Annual Salary Increase (depends on evaluation result)

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00

Under the contract, the work schedule is Monday through Saturday. However, Saturdays are generally off in practice. Based on records, Saturday work is required only approximately 1–2 times per year.
