We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Client Intake Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for clients while providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate should have fluency in Spanish and English, will excel in client communication, scheduling, organization, and coordination.
The standard working hours for this role are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST), provided that operational requirements do not necessitate an adjusted schedule.
