This on-site role works with HR, Payroll and external vendors to manage enrollment, update life events, maintain records, and generate reports for audits.

Advanced English (C1), strong communication, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Support, or similar roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee benefits information within HR systems.
• Assist employees with questions regarding benefit eligibility, enrollment, and coverage.
• Process benefits updates related to life events and employee changes.
• Support benefits enrollment and related administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and external vendors to resolve benefits-related issues.
• Generate reports and support audits and compliance activities.
