Trimble Transporeon is seeking a Business Development Representative who speaks German and English to drive market expansion. You’ll identify qualified opportunities and guide prospects through initial engagements within a digital logistics context.

You will connect Marketing and Sales, lead discovery calls, and apply product knowledge to help customers transform their logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Professional fluency in English and German (C1/C2).
• At least 1 year in a Sales or BDR role.
• Excellent negotiation and active listening skills.
• Self-starter with strong ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Fuel the Pipeline: identify high-value qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
• Master the Conversation: lead discovery calls and email campaigns to qualify interest and build rapport.
• Bridge the Gap: act as the intermediary between Marketing and Sales to enable cross-functional collaboration.
• Showcase Expertise: be SME on Transporeon products to help prospects solve logistics challenges.
