Outsourcey in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Bid Manager to drive end-to-end tender processes for construction projects. You will coordinate internal teams, source subcontractor quotes, review drawings and contracts, and ensure timely submissions that meet client requirements.

Formación

• 3+ years in bid management or proposal within construction.
• Strong knowledge of bidding processes, contracts, and procurement practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with estimating/document management software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full lifecycle of bids and tenders from opportunity identification through submission and post-bid follow-up.
• Prepare and submit complete tender packages meeting client requirements, specs, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with estimators, project managers, procurement and leadership for pricing and supporting docs.
• Source, communicate with, and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts to identify scope, risks, and submission requirements.
• Maintain bid pipeline: track opportunities, submission schedules, outcomes, and records.
• Ensure proposals meet company standards and client guidelines before delivery.
• Support strategy and continuous improvement to increase win rates.

Profile Requirements:

• Manage Bid Process: Coordinate the full lifecycle of construction bids and tenders, from opportunity identification through submission and post-bid follow-up.
• Prepare Tender Documents: Compile, review, and submit complete bid packages, ensuring compliance with client requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
• Coordinate Internal Teams: Work closely with estimators, project managers, procurement, and leadership to gather pricing, technical information, and supporting documentation.
• Subcontractor & Supplier Liaison: Source, communicate with, and obtain competitive quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to support bid preparation.
• Review Project Requirements: Analyze drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents to identify project scope, risks, and submission requirements.
• Maintain Bid Pipeline: Track upcoming bid opportunities, submission schedules, outcomes, and maintain organized tender records and documentation.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Verify that all proposals meet company standards, contractual requirements, and client submission guidelines before delivery.
• Support Business Growth: Assist with proposal strategy, capability statements, and continuous improvement of bid processes to increase win rates.

Core responsibilities:

• Construction Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, estimating support, or proposal management within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of Tendering: Strong understanding of construction bidding processes, contracts, procurement practices, and project documentation.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) and comfortable using construction management, estimating, or document management software.
