Job summary

MYKREAT CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks a Bid Manager to monitor procurement platforms, identify opportunities, and lead the preparation and submission of compliant bid documents. You will coordinate across Estimating/Cost, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Operations, and Management to ensure timely, complete submissions while adhering to government procurement rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of bidding, tender management, procurement or related experience.
• Government bidding/procurement experience preferred.
• Familiarity with PhilGEPS and Philippine government procurement procedures.
• RA 12009 knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in construction industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Strong organizational and document-management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PhilGEPS and other government/private procurement platforms for potential projects.
• Identify and evaluate bidding opportunities for the company.
• Review Invitation to Bid, Bidding Documents, Terms of Reference, Plans, and Specifications.
• Lead the preparation and submission of complete and compliant bid documents.
• Coordinate with Estimating/Cost, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Operations, and Management.
• Ensure bidding documents are accurate, signed, and submitted on time.
• Attend pre-bid conferences, site inspections, bid openings, and other activities.
• Maintain a database of bidding opportunities, bids, results, and project status.
• Monitor post-qualification requirements and coordinate documents after successful bidding.
• Prepare regular bidding reports and project pipeline updates for management.
