Job summary

CF Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented BI Analyst to independently translate business problems into practical data solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, review reports, and demonstrate dashboards.

The role emphasizes accurate data validation, clear communication, and robust data cleaning using Excel, Tableau, and SQL. You will lead dashboard development and ensure reports meet stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, lookups, pivots, and data cleaning.
• Experience developing reports/dashboards in Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and validation.
• Ability to independently manage stakeholder meetings and reporting projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with stakeholders to understand business problems and reporting needs.
• Independently lead requirements gathering, report reviews, and dashboard demos.
• Break down unclear requests into structured, practical solutions.
• Select approaches using Excel, Tableau, SQL, data reconciliation, or process improvement.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Validate data across files, systems, and databases before sharing results.
• Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes of data issues.
• Use Excel for cleaning, calculations, lookups, pivots, and ad hoc analysis.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to present trends and insights.
• Write SQL queries to extract, join, transform, and validate data.
