Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, distribution, or related industries.
• Must have a valid driver's license (Restriction 1 or 2) and self-owned motorcycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Field-based, proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through order booking and delivery follow-through.
• Execute merchandising standards to ensure product visibility and freshness.
• Develop business by expanding customer base and strengthening partnerships.
• Manage and monitor account receivables, ensuring timely collection from customers.
• Perform daily routing and sales coverage using a company-provided motorcycle.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback.
